EVAR introduces our new 10 month Payment Plan that is now available to our REALTOR® members! Here’s everything that you need to know about it.
• For those that choose to opt into our Payment Plan you will be charged $115 per month for a 10 month period. This amount will include your REALTOR® member dues & all four CRMLS quarterly fees.
• The Payment Plan starts November 2022. Please be aware that you will need to decide if you are joining the Payment Plan or paying in full by the 1st business day of February 2023 to avoid a disruption of services.
• If you choose to start later than November 2022, you will need to pay the previous months installments when you sign up and recurring charges will start the 1st business day of the following month.
• To opt in, you will need to fill out the EVAR Payment Plan Contract and Credit Card Authorization form. For a copy of this document, download the form here.
• You must keep an active, valid credit card on file at all timeswhile enrolled in our Payment Plan. Make sure the card is up-to-date as payments will be processed on the 1st business day of each month.
• Our Payment Plan is optional!
