To Earn the Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) Certification you must:

• Be a member in good standing of the National Association of REALTORS^®
• Complete the one-day class, Pricing Strategies: Mastering the CMA, either online or in a classroom
• Complete two, one-hour webinars:
  • Making Adjustments
  • Counseling Clients Using Market Stats
•     Submit an online application and one-time fee of $179
