Course Description:

The Paperless Pro™ Transaction Contract to Close course takes you through the real estate process from contract to close. Learn how to easily adapt a completely paperless transaction using your mobile devices and tablets. During this two-hour course you will learn how to combine additional tools available to REALTORS® to help you better manage your entire real estate business without the use of paper.

• You will learn why and how to develop a paperless workflow to increase productivity and manage your real estate business from contract to close
• Replace outdated tools with high-productivity systems and templates
• Customize your workflow and sync via mobile devices when possible to generate, share and sign   documents digitally
• Input data, upload documents
• Create checklists and reminders
• Maintain control of your transactions to be able to share and communicate with services, such as escrow, title, etc.
• Close and provide client, brokerage with necessary documents
