Purchase, Listing, & Buyer Representation Forms
Monday, June 24, 2024
Starting at 10:00 a.m.
Join a two-hour walk-through of the C.A.R. Forms finalized version & language with us so you can hit the ground running on the release day! On June 25th, the revised versions of the settlement-related forms will be released. Listing and Buyer Representation Agreements now feature a robust grid format like RPA.
- We will dive into the new grid format in our Residential Listing Agreement, and the latest Open House Buyer Representation forms.
- Soon, a buyer’s agent must have a signed Buyer Representation Agreement before showing a property. Learn the form now so you will be ready when the rules change. We will also review the revised SPBB & CBC so you will know how to document Buyer Broker compensation.
- We will also review the temporary listing and buyer representation modification forms so older agreements can be modified to reflect the newer practices in the field.
These revised forms will be released on June 25th, 2024.
