Course description:
This course will provide REALTORS® with an understanding of what constitutes a resource efficient property, how a resource efficient property is appraised, and how they can help facilitate the process to sell properties at a premium. This course is being offered to help REALTORS® demonstrate the value of green/energy efficient properties by giving them insight as to how appraisers work and give value to these features.

This course serves as the mandatory class to earn Resource Efficient Home Specialist (REHS) Certification.
